Working in a contactc centre with a difference you will:
Provide a customer first service, responding to or making telephone, email and mail queries to/from customers, insurance companies, hire providers and repairers. Take inbound and or making outbound telephone calls to customers to take insurance claim details, accurately interpret accident circumstances and sell associated insurance products.
Liaise regularly with customers, suppliers and partners regarding the progress of claims and to convert calls into sales opportunities.
Input and process information accurately on a computerised system.
Operate in accordance with company procedures and standards.
Liaise with business partners and hire company to required service levels. Achieve individual and contribute to team sales performance and maximise all potential sales.
Be highly productive achieving call targets and contribute to team targets .Contribute to the development of existing services.
