Our client is a very well known, well established worldwide company who manufacture high quality precision engineering products for the aerospace industry. They are currently looking for a minimum of 10 CNC Turners to join their prestigious team. If you hold a recognised relevant engineering apprenticeship then please read on...
THE ROLE
* Responsible for the manufacture high quality precision engineering products
* Required to mill, grind and drill turbine discs
* Working to tight tolerances
* Operating and programming a range of machine tools including CNC machines and other machine centres
* Playing an active role in continual improvement along with developing and implementing new processes
* Based Sunderland
THE PERSON
* Must be time served within a recognised relevant engineering apprenticeship
* Have a knowledge of programming, setting and operating CNC machine tools
* Experience of working within a production environment would be a definite advantage
* Willing to work 3 shift pattern
THE PACKAGE
* £15.63 p/h
* 28 days holiday inc. stats
* Pension after 3 months
* 3 shift pattern
