Reporting into a team leader you will work in a team of 10 people. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers in relation to Replacement Vehicle Services, Repair Services, Personal Injury services & Insurance Products. You will handle the calls efficiently and effectively inline with company procedures. You will accurately input details, discuss claims and sell any additional products in conjunction with customers needs. You will be working in a target driven environment. Your targets will be based on the conversion rates from the upselling of additional products
You will have a minimum of 6 months experience of working in a contact centre environment and have previous cross selling or upselling experience.
This role is well suited to candidates who want to progress and develop a career within the contact centre sector.
Hours: Working on a 4 week rotational shift pattern you will be required to work Monday to Friday and the occasional weekend.
