Our client, a leading International Automotive supplier is looking for a Quality Technician to join its Team in the County Durham area.
The successful applicant will provide operational support to the customer, the production process and the supply base.
The role is a varied role and involves duties such as:
* Assisting with the training and induction of new starters into the Quality Department
* Conduct internal/supplier, product and process audits
* Support Quality Managers and Engineers
* Maintain housekeeping standards within the 5S methodology
* Conduct Goods inward inspections and take appropriate action
The successful applicant will have experience of working within a Quality Department, be computer literate and ideally have audit experience.
The role is based on 37 hour week and the salary is 24,000. This role also offers brilliant opportunity for future development.
