We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for our client who is a very well established and highly reputable hotel in the County Durham area.
The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant.
The successful applicant should have exceptional communication and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work flexibly.
The role is 40 hours per week - working on a rota basis of 5 days over 7 including split shifts.
