My client a leading service provider are looking to appoint a switchboard operator to form part of the control team. You will be responsible for handling emergency calls. You will direct calls appropriatly whilst prioritising the necessary arrangements to include ambulance, fire and police assistance. You will also deal with panic button alerts and page doctors accordingly.
You will have excellent communication skills and ideally have worked in a role that involved operating a switchboard.
This role involves working shifts 7am - 3pm , 3pm - 11pm and 11pm -7am.
