My Client, a household name, are currently looking to recruit a commercial finance manager to act as a number two reporting directly into the finance director.
This role will provide financial & commercial support with the aim of driving bottom line profitability of the business. You will `look at revenue and product costings along with looking at maintaining and developing of company margin reporting. You will also look at the operational management and have responsibility for the timely preparation/compilation of the Period Accounts pack, to be presented to the Senior Finance team in periodic reviews, covering both P&L and Balance Sheet requirements. This role will also have a remit and look at the corporate trading performance and supporting the business along with the decision making processes
Candidates will have Strong Financial acumen with experience preferably with a retail or distribution background. You will have Commercial awareness and acumen, together with a strong accounting ability. You will be able to manage own work load and that of the team
Candidates will be qualified accountants with good PQE and have significant UK finance experience.
