We are currently looking to recruit an experienced customer service/data entry clerk for our clients head office based in South Shields.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support, deal with all incoming calls answering queries and processing the customer requests.
You could be processing up to 100 Service Orders a day so this is an extremely busy role which requires 100% accuracy at all times due to the nature of the calls.
Other duties include:
• The administration of the rebates to patients. This will require contacting and receiving calls from patients relating to their payments
• Maintenance of patient records to ensure all information held is correctly recorded
• Identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies of patient contracts in order to correct them
The successful applicant will have an excellent telephone manner and customer care also accurate and efficient data entry skills.
This is a permanent full time role. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. £15,500 salary.
